How does it work?
At Letterbox Jox, we send a monthly subscription box containing one pair of socks and one pair of boxers to your door every month. Choose from a 6-month, 12-month or ongoing subscription. Subscription orders are dispatched once a month on the 1st of the month.
What kind of boxers and socks should I expect?
Boxers are high quality, form-fitting style. Socks are dress-style socks. We use a range of suppliers to guarantee value and quality for our customers so colours and patterns vary month to month. We aim to ensure that our customers receive a variety of colours and styles over the course of their subscription. We work with lots of different brands including French Connection, Ted Baker, DKNY, Farah, Smith & Jones, Ed Hardy and more.
What countries do you ship to?
We offer worldwide delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free to Ireland. International delivery is €5 per box.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Amex, Bancontact, iDEAL, ShopPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What sizes do you offer?
For boxers, you can choose from XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL. All socks are a standard size 6-12. If you think we should offer additional sizes, please let us know.
What will be in my box?
Your Letterbox Jox subscription box will contain one pair of brand name boxers and one pair of brand name socks.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Yes you can buy a Letterbox Jox subscription as a gift for your boyfriend, husband, brother, dad, grandad or boxer-wearing friend. If the purchase is for a gift, let us know in the checkout notes and we will send you a gift PDF so that you can let your gift recipient know what you have signed them up for.
When will I get my box?
Subscription boxes are sent out once per month on the 1st of the month. Orders made on or before the 28th of the month will go out on the 1st of the next month. Orders made on the 29th of the month or later will go out in the following batch. For example, if you order on the 28th of March, your order will be dispatched on the 1st of April. If you order on the 29th of March, your order will be dispatched on the 1st of May. If the purchase is for a gift, let us know in the checkout notes and we will send you a gift PDF so that you can let your gift recipient know what you have signed them up for.
How often/when will I be billed?
If you purchase a prepaid subscription, you will be charged immediately on placing your order. If you purchase an ongoing subscription, you will be charged on a monthly basis on the date that you first signed up. If you purchase an ongoing subscription, you can cancel anytime. My box arrived damaged, incomplete or it didn’t arrive at all, what do I do?
We aim for the highest standards of customer service. If we have come up short, please email us at letterboxjox@gmail.com.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you purchased an ongoing subscription, cancelling is simple. Just email us at letterboxjox@gmail.com.

What is you refund policy?
We aim for the highest standards of customer service. If we have come up short, please email us at letterboxjox@gmail.com. We cannot accept returns on underwear, this does not affect your statutory rights. Please contact us at letterboxjox@gmail.com if you have an issue.
